I skipped pointe class (Of all things!) because I feel so dizzy mostly because of the weather change, but also because I ate so little. Well, at least this way I can go to bed at a decent time for once.

This is exactly why you should workout! Exercise can do amazing things for your body. It should never be a punishment!!
Probably gain weight: muscle bone and sinew is more massive than fat.
Fitness is cool but ‘should’ isn’t. I have such a negative reaction to ‘should’.
These are great benefits of physical work but me? work out? Hell no, give me a hammer, or a shovel any day of the week. Digging is cool. 😎
That’s actually a very good point! I definitely didn’t mean it as “you have to work out”. I was more thinking that exercise isn’t necessarily about losing weight or looking a certain way because it does so much more for your body.
Overall the point is that being active can have really positive effects!
Exercise isn’t even the main key to losing weight per many studies, but who cares!? These benefits are MORE than amazing to increasing your quality of life. Like, God, who wouldn’t want any of these??? My heart is literally swelling. Now that I’m thinking of the things i really want to do but can’t enjoy just yet because I’m too or of shape…. Exercise is the key to happiness and to feeling unstoppable. And that is amazing.
